IDXChannel - Direktur dan Chief Human Resources Officer PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) Irsyad Sahroni memborong sebanyak 1.047.500 saham perseroan.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah investasi jangka panjang, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujarnya dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (7/11/2025).

Irsyad melakukan transaksi sebanyak tujuh tahap pembelian. Transaksi pada 31 Oktober 2025 dilakukan di harga Rp1.855 untuk 19.600 saham, Rp1.885 untuk 100.000 saham, dan Rp1.890 untuk 400.000 saham.

Kemudian 3 November 2025 harga Rp1.925 untuk 27.900 saham, Rp1.930 untuk 200.000 saham, Rp1.935 untuk 200.000 saham, dan Rp1.940 untuk 100.000 saham.
