Divestasi, PT Bumi Citra Investindo Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di BCIP

Pasardana.id - PT Bumi Citra Investindo selaku Pengendali PT Bumi Citra Permai Tbk (IDX: BCIP) tela melakukan transaksi Penjualan sebanyak total 12.255.000 lembar saham (0,86%) diharga Rp103 – Rp107 per saham pada tanggal 22 Oktober 2025 dan diharga Rp105 – Rp109 per saham pada tanggal 23, 28, dan 30 Oktober 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Divestasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Edward Halim selaku Direktur BCIP dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (06/11).

Pasca transaksi Penjualan, maka porsi kepemilikan PT Bumi Citra Investindo di BCIP menjadi sebanyak 532.192.100 lembar saham (37,22%) dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 544.447.100 lembar saham (38,08%).
