PT Harvest Capital International Tambah Investasi Sahamnya di DIGI

Pasardana.id - PT Harvest Capital International selaku Pengendali PT Arkadia Digital Media Tbk (IDX: DIGI) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak total 27.280.800 lembar saham (1,68%) diharga Rp34 dan Rp35 per saham pada tanggal 20 - 24 Oktober 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Arsito Hidayatullah selaku Corporate Secretary DIGI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (27/10).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka porsi kepemilikan PT Harvest Capital International di DIGI menjadi sebanyak 527.364.800 lembar saham (32,45%) dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 500.084.000 lembar saham (30,77%).
