Technology and materials stocks led losses, with notable declines in Foxconn Industrial (-1.8%), Giga Device Semiconductor (-4.6%), ZTE Corp (-2.7%), Zijin Mining (-2.8%), and China Northern Rare Earth (-2.7%).
