IDXChannel - PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) menuntaskan penjualan saham treasuri hasil pembelian kembali (buyback) tahap I pada 1-13 Oktober 2025.
Jumlah saham yang dilepas IPCM mencapai 3.391.100 lembar dengan harga rata-rata Rp305,55 per saham. Dari transaksi tersebut, IPCM mengantongi dana segar sekitar Rp1,04 miliar.
IPCM Tambah Armada, Siapkan Capex Rp148 MiliarPelepasan ini merupakan bagian dari program buyback tahap I yang dilakukan pada periode 20 Maret hingga 18 Juni 2020, saat perseroan membeli kembali saham dengan harga rata-rata Rp168,44 per saham.
Setelah pelepasan tahap I selesai, IPCM masih menyimpan sisa saham treasuri hasil buyback tahap II sebanyak 4.648.700 unit.
Laba Jasa Armada (IPCM) Tumbuh Jadi Rp90,02 Miliar di Semester I-2025Saham tersebut berasal dari buyback pada 5 Agustus hingga 30 September 2020, dengan harga rata-rata Rp225,06 per saham.
