IDXChannel - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memperpanjang penahanan eks Wakil Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Wamenaker), Immanuel Ebenezer alias Noel.

Noel kini ditahan usai ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus dugaan pemerasan pengurusan sertifikasi K3 di Kemnaker.

"40 hari, perpanjangan kedua," kata Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo dalam keterangannya, Jumat (17/10/2025).

Diketahui, Lembaga Antirasuah menahan Noel sejak 22 Agustus 2025 usai terjaring OTT.

KPK menangkap 14 orang dalam operasi senyap tersebut. 11 orang termasuk Noel kemudian ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
