IDXChannel - Dua Komisaris dan satu Direktur PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) mengajukan pengunduran diri dari jabatannya di perseroan.
Mereka adalah John Raymond Witt dan Hsu Hai Yeh selaku Komisaris, serta Chiew Sin Cheok selaku Direktur. Keduanya mengajukan pengunduran diri karena memasuki masa pensiun.

Sementara itu Hsu Hai Yeh mengundurkan diri dari Komisaris perseroan sehubungan dengan reorganisasi personel yang biasa terjadi di perseroan.
