IDXChannel – Saham besutan taipan Aguan dan Grup Salim, PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) atau PIK 2, jatuh pada Senin (13/10/2025) seiring pemerintah menghapus proyek ekowisata milik pengembang properti tersebut dari daftar Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN).
Berdasarkan data Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), saham PANI anjlok 5,25 persen ke level Rp13.975 per unit. Nilai transaksi tercatat mencapai Rp206,26 miliar.
