Divestasi, Tenny Hariska Surjotedjo Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di LIVE

Pasardana.id – Tenny Hariska Surjotedjo selaku Direksi PT Homeco Victoria Makmur Tbk (IDX: LIVE) telah melakukan transaksi Penjualan sebanyak total 100.000 lembar saham atau setara 66,67% LIVE diharga Rp318 dan Rp320 per saham pada tanggal 23 September 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Divestasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Novita Frestiani selaku Corporate Secretary LIVE dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (07/10).

Pasca transaksi Penjualan, maka porsi kepemilikan di LIVE menjadi sebanyak 50.000 lembar saham atau setara 0,001% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 150.000 lembar saham atau setara 0,003%.
