IDXChannel - Pengendali saham PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA), Happy Hapsoro melepas kepemilikan sahamnya sekitar 1,57 persen. Transaksi dilakukan pada 26 dan 30 September 2025.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk realisasi keuntungan dan menambah saham free float di masyarakat," ujarnya dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Kamis (2/10/2025).
BUVA Rights Issue di Harga Rp150, Potensi Raup Rp603,9 MiliarHappy Hapsoro menjual sebanyak 200 juta saham di harga Rp450 per saham pada 26 September 2025, dan 125 juta saham di harga yang sama pada 30 September 2025.
Sehingga, Happy Hapsoro meraih dana senilai total Rp146,25 miliar.
Happy Hapsoro Lepas 483 Juta Saham BUVA, Kantongi Rp130 MiliarDengan demikian, kepemilikan saham Happy Hapsoro terhadap BUVA menjadi 820.671.125 saham atau 3,99 persen, dari sebelumnya 1.145.671.125 saham atau 5,56 persen.
