IDXChannel - Harga emas dunia menguat dan sempat menyentuh rekor tertinggi baru pada Rabu (1/10/2025).

Kenaikan ini didorong oleh pelemahan dolar Amerika Serikat (AS) dan meningkatnya permintaan aset safe haven setelah terjadinya penutupan (shutdown) sebagian operasional pemerintah Negeri Paman Sam.

Data ketenagakerjaan yang lebih lemah turut memperkuat ekspektasi bahwa Federal Reserve akan memangkas suku bunga bulan ini.

Harga emas spot (XAU/USD) naik 0,1 persen menjadi USD3.861,77 per ons, setelah sempat menyentuh rekor puncak USD3.895,50.

Dolar AS melemah terhadap sekeranjang mata uang utama lain, membuat emas yang dihargakan dalam dolar menjadi lebih terjangkau bagi pembeli di luar negeri.
