IDXChannel - PT RMK Investama selaku pemegang saham pengendali PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) melakukan penjualan terhadap 875 juta saham perseroan atau sekira 20 persen dari total kepemilikan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 29 dan 30 September 2025.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah divestasi saham langsung," ujar Direktur PT RMK Investama Vincent Saputra dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (1/10/2025).
Perkuat Modal, RMK Energy (RMKE) Terbitkan Obligasi Rp1,5 TriliunPT RMK Investama tercatat menjual 459.375.000 saham RMKE di harga Rp890 per saham pada 29 September 2025. Sehari kemudian, perusahaan menjual 415.625.000 saham di harga yang sama.
Sehingga, perusahaan meraup total dana senilai Rp778,83 miliar.
