IDXChannel - Emiten semen dan beton PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) mencatat laba bersih sebesar Rp266,53 miliar pada semester I-2025. Realisasi ini naik 62,99 persen year-on-year (yoy) dibanding Rp163,52 miliar pada periode sama tahun sebelumnya.
Laba per saham dasar SMCB juga meningkat menjadi Rp30 per saham, dari sebelumnya Rp18 per saham.
Free Float Belum Terpenuhi, Saham SMCB Kena SuspensiKondisi ini berlangsung saat pendapatan usaha SMCB turun 8,25 persen yoy menjadi Rp4,97 triliun. Ini terjadi seiring penurunan segmen penjualan di beberapa lini usaha utama.
Kontribusi pendapatan SMCB masih berasal dari penjualan semen, beton siap pakai, dan jasa konstruksi, menurut keterbukaan informasi, Selasa (30/9).
Solusi Bangun (SMCB) Alokasikan Separuh Area Pabrik Cilacap sebagai Hutan KotaBeban pokok pendapatan tercatat Rp3,93 triliun, turun dari Rp4,46 triliun pada periode sama tahun lalu. Dengan demikian, laba kotor meningkat menjadi Rp1,04 triliun dari Rp961,89 miliar.
