IDXChannel – PT Merdeka Gold Resources Tbk (EMAS) resmi menetapkan harga penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO) sebesar Rp2.880 per saham.
Harga ini mendekati batas atas dari kisaran harga yang sebelumnya ditawarkan di kisaran Rp1.880 - Rp3.020 per saham.
Pagu Anggaran Kementerian Perhubungan Dipangkas Jadi Rp28,48 Triliun pada 2026Dalam prospektus tambahan terbaru EMAS yang dirilis Selasa (16/9), Merdeka Gold akan melepas sebanyak 1.618.023.300 saham biasa atas nama yang seluruhnya merupakan saham baru. Setiap saham memiliki nilai nominal Rp150.
Jumlah tersebut setara dengan 10 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh setelah IPO. Dengan demikian, maka jumlah seluruh nilai IPO EMAS mencapai Rp4,65 triliun.
