IDXChannel – Dua direksi PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk (EXCL) tercatat memborong saham perseroan. Transaksi dilaksanakan pada 10-12 September 2025 dengan total nilai mencapai Rp7,29 miliar.
Pertama, Direktur XLSmart Yessie Dianty Yosetya membeli 400.000 saham EXCL di harga Rp2.600 pada 10 September 2025. Kemudian, Yessie kembali membeli 327.600 saham perseroan di harga Rp2.950 pada 11 September 2025.
IHSG Diproyeksi Tembus 7.700, Cek Potensi Saham ADRO-EXCLTotal transaksi dua hari tersebut mencapai Rp1,88 miliar. Dengan transaksi tersebut, Yessi yang semula tidak memiliki saham perseroan tercatat menjadi pemegang saham 0,0040 persen.
Kedua, Direktur XLSmart David Arcelus Oses yang membeli saham EXCL dalam tiga hari berturut-turut. Transaksi pertama dilakukan pada 10 September 2025 dengan pembelian 1.900 saham seharga Rp2.600.
