IDXChannel - Direktur Legal dan Hubungan Eksternal PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA) Edi Riva'i melakukan pembelian sebanyak 38.500 saham perseroan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 9 September 2025.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah investasi, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujarnya dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Sabtu (13/9/2025).

Edi Riva'i tercatat melakukan pembelian 4.000 saham di harga Rp7.575 per saham, 7.000 saham di harga Rp7.625 per saham, 3.000 saham seharga Rp7.650 per saham, 3.000 saham di harga Rp7.725 per saham, 2.000 saham seharga Rp7.750 per saham, 1.000 saham di harga Rp7.775 per saham, 7.000 saham di harga Rp7.800 per saham, dan 11.500 saham seharga Rp7.875 per saham.

Sehingga, totalnya Edi Riva'i merogoh kocek sebesar Rp298.237.500.
