IDXChannel - PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) memangkas penyertaan modal di anak usahanya, PT Summarecon Investment Property (SMIP) sebesar Rp300 miliar pada 4 September 2025.
Langkah ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari penyetoran modal sebelumnya senilai Rp8 triliun melalui skema inbreng pada Juni 2024.
Raup Laba Rp1,38 Triliun, Summarecon Agung (SMRA) Bagi Dividen Rp9 per Saham Adapun status hukum SMIP telah berubah dari perseroan terbuka menjadi perseroan tertutup lantaran anak usaha tersebut belum merealisasikan rencana penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO).
"Dengan ini melaporkan transaksi afiliasi berupa pengurangan modal oleh perseroan pada perusahaan terkendali PT Summarecon Investment Property sebesar Rp300 miliar," tulis Corporate Secretary Summarecon Agung Lydia Kio dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (10/9/2025).
Perluas Proyek Summarecon Serpong, SMRA Dirikan Dua Perusahaan Patungan SekaligusSebelumnya, SMRA mengumumkan pembentukan dua perusahaan patungan (joint venture) baru melalui entitas anak usahanya, PT Serpong Cipta Kreasi (SPCK).
