IDXChannel - PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) resmi mengumumkan rencana Penambahan Modal dengan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMHMETD) I dengan target perolehan dana mencapai Rp603,9 miliar.
Dalam prospektus terbaru Kamis (10/9/2025), BUVA akan menerbitkan sebanyak 4.026.581.429 saham baru atau setara 16,36 persen dari total saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh setelah rights issue.
Lepas Aset di Labuan Bajo, Anak Usaha BUVA Kantongi Rp799 MiliarSaham baru tersebut memiliki nilai nominal Rp50 per saham dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp150 per saham.
Setiap pemegang 225 saham lama yang tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS) pada 29 Oktober 2025 pukul 16.00 WIB berhak memperoleh 44 HMETD. Satu HMETD dapat ditebus untuk membeli satu saham baru dengan harga Rp150, yang harus dibayar penuh saat pelaksanaan.
