IDXChannel – Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) menyetujui rencana akuisisi saham PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) oleh Pacific Universal Investments Pte Ltd dari PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang (Satya).
Pacific Universal Investments merupakan perusahaan holding berbasis di Singapura yang diinkorporasi pada 2022. Sementara itu, Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang memiliki 51 persen saham MAPI.
Pendapatan Naik 8,7 Persen, MAPI Kantongi Laba Rp1,1 Triliun di Semester I-2025Melalui anak usahanya di Filipina, yakni MAP Active Philippines Inc dan Planet Sports Inc, MAPI mendistribusikan sekaligus menjual produk perlengkapan olahraga dan fesyen.
Selain itu, Mapple Philippines Inc juga menjadi bagian dari jaringan usaha MAPI yang memasarkan produk Apple di Filipina.
Saham MAPI Melonjak di Tengah Kabar Gandeng Ace Hardware ke IndonesiaBerdasarkan hasil kajian Mergers and Acquisitions Office PCC yang dipublikasikan melalui website resminya, Philippine Competition Commission Senin (8/19/2025), akuisisi tersebut tidak menimbulkan risiko pengurangan persaingan usaha secara signifikan.
