IDXChannel - Presiden Komisaris PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) Jahja Setiaatmadja melakukan pembelian sebanyak 66.000 saham perseroan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 9 September 2025.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah investasi, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," tulis manajemen BBCA dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Kamis (11/9/2025).

Jahja membeli 66.000 saham BBCA di harga Rp7.575 per saham. Sehingga, dia merogoh kocek hampir Rp500 juta.

Dengan demikian, jumlah porsi kepemilikan saham Jahja di BBCA menjadi 34.933.644 saham atau 0,03 persen dari sebelumnya 34.867.644 saham.
