IDXChannel - PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) mengumumkan rencana Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) alias private placement.
Dalam aksi korporasi itu, IMPC akan menerbitkan 600 juta saham baru dengan nilai nominal saham Rp10. Adapun harga pelaksanaan (exercise) PMTHMETD ditetapkan Rp810 per saham.
Ada Transaksi Jumbo di Saham IMPC, Siapa Pengendalinya?Harga tersebut berada di bawah pasar saat ini Rp1.375 per saham. Namun, saham produsen material atap itu sudah melesat sekitar 350 persen sejak awal 2025.
Dengan penerbitan saham baru tersebut, perseroan bakal memperoleh tambahan dana sekitar Rp486 miliar.
