Vietnam’s retail sales expanded by 10.6% year-on-year in August 2025, quickening from a 9.2% rise in the previous month and marking the fastest growth since April. During the January to August period, retail turnover grew by 9.4%. On a monthly basis, retail trade was 2.6% higher, faster than a 1.1% increase in July.
