Penerbitan ini merupakan bagian dari program Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan (PUB) III dengan target dana total mencapai Rp2,5 triliun.

Obligasi III Tahap II Tahun 2025 ini terbagi dalam dua seri, yaitu Seri A dengan jumlah Rp700 miliar, dan kupon tetap 6,50 persen per tahun dengan tenor 5 tahun.
Mayora (MYOR) Putuskan Dividen Final Rp1,22 Triliun, Yield Sentuh 2,59 PersenLalu Seri B dengan jumlah Rp300 miliar, dan kupon tetap 6,70 persen per tahun dengan tenor 7 tahun.
