IDXChannel - Investor ritel bernama Faadhil Irshad Nasution melepas sebanyak 1,16 juta saham PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT). Transaksi dilakukan pada 20 Agustus 2025.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah penjualan saham, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujarnya keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Kamis (4/9/2025).
Mustika Ratu (MRAT) Perkuat Ekspansi ke Negara-Negara TelukFaadhil menjual 1,16 juta saham MRAT di harga Rp250 per saham. Sehingga, dia meraup dana senilai Rp291,67 juta.
Dengan adanya transaksi penjualan saham ini, maka porsi saham MRAT yang dimiliki oleh Faadhil menjadi 21.386.600 juta atau setara 4,996 persen, dari sebelumnya 22.553.300 atau 5,269 persen.
