Direktur Utama DUCK, Limpa Itsin Bachtiar mengatakan, perseroan masih beroperasi normal dengan kantor pusat (head office) berlokasi di Business Park Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.

Belasan restoran tersebut sebagian besar berlokasi di Jakarta seperti Setiabudi One, Pondok Indah Mall 2, Kota Kasablanka Mall, Senayan City Mall, dan Taman Anggrek Mall.
