"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah investasi, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujarnya dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Senin (1/9/2025).
Gelar RUPST, RMK Energy (RMKE) Sepakat Bagikan Dividen Rp3,50 per SahamSebanyak 51.100 saham dibeli pada harga rata-rata Rp720 per saham. Kemudian 28.900 saham di harga Rp760 per saham.
Sehingga, Indra mengeluarkan total dana senilai Rp58,76 juta.
Perkuat Modal, RMK Energy (RMKE) Terbitkan Obligasi Rp1,5 TriliunSebagai informasi, PT RMK Energy Tbk (RMKE) mencatatkan laba bersih sebesar Rp86,15 miliar di semester I-2025. Angka itu turun 31,72 persen dari periode sama tahun lalu sebesar Rp126,18 miliar.
