IDXChannel - Presiden Direktur sekaligus Chief Executive Officer (CEO) PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) Vikram Sinha melakukan pembelian sebanyak 969.100 saham perseroan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 25 Agustus 2025.
"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk investasi jangka panjang, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujarnya dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Minggu (31/8/2025).
Laba Indosat (ISAT) Susut 14,62 Persen Jadi Rp2,33 Triliun di Semester I-2025Vikram Sinha membeli 969.100 saham ISAT tersebut di harga Rp2.060 per saham. Sehingga, Vikram Sinha merogoh kocek sebesar Rp1,99 miliar.
Dengan demikian, porsi kepemilikan Vikram Sinha terhadap saham ISAT menjadi 8.800.500 atau 0,027 persen, dari sebelumnya 7.831.400 atau 0,024 persen.
