IDXChannel – Perusahaan Malaysia, Axiata Investments (Indonesia) Sdn. Bhd (AII), melepas sebagian saham di PT Link Net Tbk (LINK).

Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi pada Jumat (29/8/2025), AII diketahui mengenggam 2.159.290.763 saham LINK atau mewakili 75,42 persen dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam perseroan.

Kemudian AII melepas 136.203.259 di harga Rp3.060 pada 26 Agustus 2025 lalu. Dengan transaksi tersebut, AII mengantongi Rp416,78 miliar.

“Setelah penyelesaian transaksi pelepasan saham, kepemilikan saham AII menjadi sebesar 2.023.087.504 saham yang mewakili 70,66 persen dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam perseroan,” tulis Corporate Secretary Link Net, Rininta Agustina Widya Pratika, Jumat (29/8/2025).
