IDXChannel - PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) dibanjiri aksi jual saham oleh para anggota direksi dan komisarisnya selama Agustus 2025.

Kali ini Alexander Ramlie selaku komisaris perseroan melepas 282.991.120 juta saham AMMN di harga pelaksanaan Rp8.075 pada 26 Agustus 2025.

Melalui transaksi tersebut, Alexander mengantongi dana jumbo sebesar Rp2,3 triliun.

Namun, sahamnya di AMMN berkurang drastis dari 388.399.920 atau setara 0,536 persen menjadi 105.408.800 atau 0,145 persen.

"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi pribadi dan status kepemilian saham adalah langsung," tulis Corporate Secretary AMMN Vemmy Febrianti dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (29/8/2025).
