IDXChannel - Saham emiten pembangkit listrik, PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD) mencetak auto reject atas (ARA) di tengah pengumuman calon pengendali baru.
Saham LAPD melesat 10 persen ke harga Rp99 di Papan Pemantauan Khusus (PPK) dengan skema full call-auction (FCA). Nilai transaksinya mencapai Rp2,55 miliar dari 28,86 juta saham yang diperdagangkan.

Dalam sepekan, saham emiten pembangkit listrik ini masih minus 5,71 persen tapi melesat 73,68 persen dalam satu bulan.
Leyand International (LAPD) Bakal Rights Issue, Duitnya Buat AkuisisiPerseroan mengumumkan PT JSI Sinergi Mas sebagai calon pengendali baru dengan mengakuisisi 51 persen saham LAPD yang dimiliki oleh Laymand Holdings Pte Ltd, PT Intiputera Bumitirta, Keraton Investment Ltd, Evi Felicia, dan Leo Andyanto.
