IDXChannel - Direktur Utama PT Xolare RCR Energy Tbk (SOLA) Mochamad Bhadaiwi kembali melakukan transaksi pembelian sebanyak 1.850.400 saham perseroan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 25 dan 26 Agustus 2025.

"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah investasi, dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung," ujarnya dalam keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Rabu (27/8/2025).

Bhadaiwi membeli saham SOLA di tiga harga yang berbeda. Pertama, 1.000.000 saham di harga Rp177 per saham.

Kemudian, 570.400 saham di harga Rp175 per saham, dan terakhir sebanyak 280.000 saham di harga Rp176 per saham.
