IDXChannel - PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) akan menyetorkan dividen interim perdana untuk tahun buku 2025 sebesar Rp201,5 miliar pada Selasa (26/8/2025) besok.

SMSM akan membagikan dividen per saham Rp35 sesuai keputusan direksi yang telah mendapatkan restu dari dewan komisaris pada 29 Juli lalu.

Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi BEI dikutip Senin (25/8/2025), pembagian dividen mengacu pada laba bersih perseroan semester I-2025 yang mencapai Rp530,76 miliar.

Dividen interim itu memiliki rasio pembayaran (payout ratio) sebesar 37,9 persen.

Per 30 Juni 2025, posisi saldo laba yang belum ditentukan penggunaannya mencapai Rp3,38 triliun atau 82 persen dari total ekuitas yang sebesar Rp4,13 triliun.
