Penjualan dilakukan kepada PT Multi Makmur Indah Industri pada 20 Agustus 2025.
Laba PICO Anjlok 57 Persen, Sahamnya Justru Menguat dalam Dua Hari TerakhirAset yang dijual meliputi 1 unit mesin PRIMEX-P453 Four Color Metal Printing, 1 unit mesin PRIMEX-C4S2 Intine Coater and UV Cure System, serta 1 unit complete line of pail can berkapasitas 20 liter.
Perseroan menegaskan, transaksi ini tidak termasuk transaksi material, serta tidak ada hubungan afiliasi antara kedua pihak maupun benturan kepentingan.
