JAKARTA, investor.id -Harga kontrak Crude Palm Oil (CPO) di Bursa Malaysia Derivatives (BMD) ditutup jatuh pada Kamis (21/8/2025). Pelemahan ini terseret penurunan harga minyak kedelai di Chicago Board of Trade (CBoT).
Berdasarkan data BMD pada penutupan Kamis (21/8/2025), kontrak berjangka CPO untuk September 2025 jatuh 33 Ringgit Malaysia menjadi 4.391 Ringgit Malaysia per ton. Untuk kontrak berjangka CPO Oktober 2025 terkoreksi 38 Ringgit Malaysia menjadi 4.429 Ringgit Malaysia per ton.
Sementara itu, kontrak berjangka CPO November 2025 turun 38 Ringgit Malaysia di 4.460 Ringgit Malaysia per ton. Kontrak berjangka CPO Desember 2025 melemah 34 Ringgit Malaysia di 4.477 Ringgit Malaysia per ton.
Sedangkan kontrak berjangka CPO Januari 2026 terpangkas 28 Ringgit Malaysia menjadi 4.481 Ringgit Malaysia per ton. Kontrak berjangka CPO Februari 2026 turun 23 Ringgit Malaysia menjadi 4.462 Ringgit Malaysia per ton.
Dikutip dari Bernama, pedagang komoditas David Ng mengatakan, kekhawatiran pasar juga muncul akibat lonjakan tajam harga CPO dalam beberapa waktu terakhir yang berpotensi menekan permintaan ke depan.
"Kami melihat level support di 4.400 Ringgit Malaysia dan resistance di 4.650 Ringgit Malaysia per ton," ujar David Ng.
