IDXChannel - PT Investasi Sukses Bersama (IBM) selaku pengendali memperkuat kepemilikannya di PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI) atau Surge.

IBM menyerok 10.739.675 saham WIFI di harga pelaksanaan Rp3.000 pada 19 Agustus 2025 dengan merogoh dana Rp32,2 miliar.

"Tujuan transaksi untuk menambah portofolio efek dan status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis tulis Direktur Surge Shannedy Ong dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (20/8/2025).

Usai transaksi, kepemilikan IBM di Surge bertambah menjadi 2.889.087.404 saham atau setara 54,42 persen dari sebelumnya 2.878.347.729 saham atau 54,22 persen.

Pada 8 Agustus 2025, IBM juga menambah kepemilikannya di WIFI, dengan membeli 30,09 juta saham di harga Rp2.880.
