IDXChannel - Harga emas melemah pada Selasa (19/8/2025) seiring penguatan dolar Amerika Serikat (AS), sementara investor menanti pidato Ketua Federal Reserve (The Fed) Jerome Powell di Jackson Hole akhir pekan ini.
Harga emas spot (XAU/USD) turun 0,52 persen menjadi USD3.315,70 per troy ons. Logam mulia ini sempat menyentuh level terendah sejak 1 Agustus di awal sesi.

“Secara umum, pelaku pasar tengah melakukan posisi di kontrak berjangka menjelang pertemuan Jackson Hole. Hingga saat itu perdagangan kemungkinan relatif sepi,” kata Analis Senior Kitco Metals, Jim Wyckoff, dikutip Reuters.
