IDXChannel - Direktur PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMN) David Alexander Gibbs menjual sebanyak 3.536.500 saham perseroan. Transaksi dilakukan pada 8 Agustus 2025.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi pribadi," tulis keterbukaan informasi perseroan di laman Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Kamis (14/8/2025).

David menjual saham tersebut di harga Rp8.635 per saham. Sehingga, David mengantongi dana Rp30,53 miliar.

Dengan demikian, jumlah kepemilikan David di saham AMMN menjadi 8.000.000 saham atau 0,016 persen dari sebelumnya 11.536.500 saham atau 0,011 persen.

Sebelumnya, David Alexander Gibbs juga sudah melakukan penjualan terhadap saham AMMN pada 4 Agustus 2025. Saat itu, warga negara Australia itu menjual sebanyak 27,99 juta saham.
