IDXChannel - Indeks utama Wall Street dibuka menguat tipis pada perdagangan Rabu (6/8/2025) didukung oleh optimisme pasar terhadap kinerja laporan keuangan perusahaan.
Dow Jones Industrial Average naik 0,1 persen. Indeks S&P 500 bertambah 11 poin atau 0,2 persen, sedangkan indeks NASDAQ Composite menguat 65 poin atau 0,3 persen.
Bursa Asia Bergerak Beragam saat Wall Street MemerahPenguatan terjadi setelah aksi jual pada sesi sebelumnya, dipicu oleh data ketenagakerjaan yang lebih lemah dari ekspektasi, sehingga mengkhawatirkan perlambatan ekonomi.
Di sisi lain, musim laporan keuangan kuartal kedua terus memberikan sentimen positif. Lebih dari 80 persen perusahaan telah melaporkan kinerja yang melampaui ekspektasi analis.
Dari sisi makroekonomi, data dari Institute for Supply Management (ISM) menunjukkan indeks aktivitas jasa turun menjadi 50,1 pada Juli dari 50,8 bulan sebelumnya.
