IDXChannel - PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) mengantongi kontrak pengelolaan peti kemas Batu Ampar, Batam dengan nilai USD85 juta atau setara dengan Rp1,36 triliun (mengacu pada kurs Rp16.000 per USD).
Perjanjian kerja sama ini berlaku selama 30 tahun antara entitas anak INDY yang dimiliki secara tidak langsung dengan PT Batu Ampar Container Terminal (BACT)
Rupiah Menguat, Dolar Melemah! Asing Net Sell dan INDY Raup PinjamanBACT merupakan perusahaan patungan antara PT Interport Sarana Infrastruktur Indonesia, anak usaha Indika Energy dan perusahaan global ICTSI Middle East DMCC, dengan porsi kepemilikan masing-masing 25 persen dan 75 persen.
Sementara itu, ICTSI Middle East merupakan bagian dari operator pelabuhan global asal Filipina.
Ekspor Batu Bara Nasional Turun, INDY Tak Koreksi Target ProduksiManajemen Indika Energy menilai, kerja sama tersebut sejalan dengan strategi diversifikasi bisnis perseroan di luar sektor energi fosil.
