Hasim Sutiono Tambah Investasi Sahamnya di CASH

Pasardana.id - Hasim Sutiono selaku pemegang saham dengan kategori Termasuk >5% PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia Tbk (IDX: CASH) telah melakukan transaksi Pembelian sebanyak total 1.270.000 lembar saham atau setara 0,09% CASH diharga Rp 61 – Rp 63 per saham pada tanggal 23 Juli 2025.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Willy Chandry selaku Presiden Direktur CASH dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (29/7).

Pasca transaksi Pembelian, maka porsi kepemilikan saham Hasim Sutiono di CASH menjadi sebanyak 381.438.351 lembar saham atau setara 26,65% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 380.168.351 lembar saham atau setara 26,56%.
