IDXChannel - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) tengah menjadi incaran dua taipan besar, yakni Hartono bersaudara dan Prajogo Pangestu. Hingga saat ini, SSIA tidak memiliki pemegang saham pengendali, sehingga menarik pemodal besar.
Prajogo melalui perusahaannya, PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA) saat ini memiliki 284,8 juta saham SSIA atau 6,05 persen. Sementara Budi dan Michael Hartono lewat PT Dwimuria Investasi Andalan menambah porsi saham SSIA.
Prospek SSIA Dinilai Cerah seiring Peningkatan Akses dan Minat InvestorDwimuria membeli 62,9 juta saham SSIA lewat skema pengalihan saham treasuri. Aksi ini menambah kepemilikan saham Dwimuria di SSIA yang sebelumnya mencapai 247,99 juta saham atau 5,27 persen.
Surya Internusa memiliki tiga pilar bisnis, yakni properti, konstruksi, dan perhotelan. Untuk properti, perseroan mengandalkan Kawasan Industri Subang Smartpolitan melalui PT Suryacipta Swadaya (SCS).
Saham SSIA Rekor ATH Lagi, Tersengat Sentimen Prajogo-Grup DjarumDi 2024, pendapatan segmen properti menembus Rp2,19 triliun. Hal ini ditopang oleh penjualan lahan yang mencapai Rp1,87 triliun, naik 384 persen dibandingkan 2023 yang sebesar Rp386 miliar.
