IDXChannel - PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) telah merealisasikan penggunaan dana hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas (PUT) II melalui hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu (HMETD) atau rights issue sebesar Rp7,77 triliun per 30 Juni 2025. Jumlah ini setara 99,74 persen dari total dana yang diraup yakni Rp7,79 triliun.
Dikutip dari keterbukaan informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Rabu (16/7/2025), GIAA menggunakan dana tersebut antara lain untuk maintenance dan restorasi senilai Rp3,6 triliun, pemenuhan maintenance Rp900 miliar, bahan bakar sebesar Rp1,73 triliun, biaya sewa pesawat Rp900 miliar, biaya restrukturisasi Rp370 miliar, dan modal kerja lainnya Rp275,88 miliar.

Sebagai informasi, tanggal efektif PUT II GIAA jatuh pada 2 Desember 2022. Dengan jumlah hasil penawaran umum Rp7,79 triliun dan asumsi seluruh biaya penawaran umum Rp21,51 miliar. Sehingga hasil bersihnya Rp7,77 triliun.
