IDXChannel - PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE) mengumumkan pengunduran diri dua direktur pada 9 Juli 2025.
Mereka yang mundur adalah Dian Heryandi selaku Direktur Utama dan Endy Narindra Dewantoro sebagai Direktur.
TEBE Umumkan Dividen Keempat Kalinya di 2024, Imbal Hasil 15 Persen"Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Dian Heryandi dan Hendy Narindra pada 9 Juli 2025," tulis manajemen TEBE dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (11/7/2025).
Sesuai Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten, permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan segera diproses melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS).
RUPS dijadwalkan pada 13 Agustus 2025 dan pengunduran diri keduanya berlaku efektif sejak tanggal tersebut.
