IDXChannel - Presiden Komisaris PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk (IDPR) Manuel Djunako selaku pengendali kembali menambah kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan.
Manuel memborong 2 juta saham Indopora di harga Rp194-Rp205 secara bertahap. Adapun harga pelaksanaan berada di atas harga pasar Rp194 per saham saat transaksi berlangsung.
Rinciannya, 100 ribu saham dibeli di harga Rp194 pada 1 Juli 2025. Lalu 1,03 juta saham di harga Rp206 pada 2 Juli dan 925 ribu saham di harga Rp205 pada 3 Juli.
Untuk mengakumulasi sahamnya tersebut, Manuel merogoh kocek Rp422 juta. Dengan demikian, dia menggenggam sebanyak 1.721.376.806 saham IDPR atau setara 85,94 persen setelah transaksi.
Sebelumnya, pengendali IDPR ini memiliki 1.719.316.806 saham atau setara 85,83 persen.
