IDXChannel – PT Trimitra Trans Persada Tbk (BLOG) atau B-LOG bersiap melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) melalui Penawaran Umum Perdana (IPO) saham. Perseroan telah menyiapkan strategi pendanaan yang hati-hati namun optimal untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis ke depan.
Dalam aksi korporasi ini, B-LOG akan melepas sebanyak 563,25 ribu lembar saham, setara 16,67 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor setelah IPO. Dengan kisaran harga penawaran awal Rp240 hingga Rp270 per saham, perseroan berpotensi mengantongi dana segar maksimal Rp152,07 miliar.
