IDXChannel - Aktivitas penerbitan surat utang korporasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) terus bergeliat sepanjang pekan perdagangan 16-20 Juni 2025.
Pada pekan ini, Bursa mencatat dua penerbitan obligasi baru senilai total Rp800 miliar. Berkat pencatatan tersebut, total emisi surat utang di bursa mencapai Rp71 triliun.
Obligasi pertama berasal dari PT Dwi Guna Laksana Tbk (DWGL) yang mencatatkan Obligasi I Tahun 2025 senilai Rp300 miliar. Instrumen ini mendapatkan peringkat irA- (Single A Minus) dari PT Kredit Rating Indonesia, dengan PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk (BMAS).
Sementara itu, PT Bank Victoria International Tbk menerbitkan Obligasi Subordinasi Berkelanjutan III Tahap II Tahun 2025 senilai Rp500 miliar.
Obligasi subordinasi ini memperoleh peringkat idBBB (Triple B) dari PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO), dengan PT Bank Mega Tbk sebagai wali amanat.
