IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tengah mempersiapkan penambahan dua emiten berskala aset jumbo atau Lighthouse IPO hingga akhir 2025. Dua calon emiten jumbo tersebut dipersiapkan menyusul tiga perusahaan yang sudah lebih dulu melantai tahun ini, yakni PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU), PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK), dan PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum Tbk (YUPI).
Direktur Utama BEI Iman Rachman mengatakan, pihaknya menargetkan minimal lima perusahaan masuk kategori Lighthouse IPO sepanjang 2025.

Lighthouse IPO merupakan klasifikasi khusus untuk perusahaan tercatat dengan kapitalisasi pasar di atas Rp3 triliun, minimal free float sebesar 15 persen, dan nilai kapitalisasi free float minimal Rp700 miliar.
