IDXChannel - PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) memutuskan pembagian dividen final sebesar Rp1,22 triliun untuk tahun buku 2024.
Jumlah ini setara Rp55 per saham atas laba bersih tahun buku 2024. Keputusan ini ditetapkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) di Jakarta, Selasa (10/6/2025).
“Rasio pembayaran dividen adalah sekitar 40 persen dari laba perusahaan di tahun 2024,” kata Direktur MYOR, Wardhana Atmadja dalam paparan publik secara virtual.
Mengacu harga penutupan saham MYOR pada Selasa (10/6/2025) sebesar Rp2.120 per saham, maka estimasi dividend yield MYOR mencapai 2,59 persen.
Sepanjang 2024, MYOR mencatatkan laba bersih senilai Rp3 triliun. Realisasi ini lebih rendah dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang mencapai Rp3,19 triliun.
