IDXChannel - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mencatat penerbitan obligasi/sukuk berkelanjutan meliputi green bond dan social bond mencapai Rp36 triliun hingga awal Mei 2025.
Namun, kontribusi instrumen hijau berbasis keberlanjutan/sustainability ini dinilai masih relatif kecil dibandingkan obligasi konvensional atau non-keberlanjutan.
Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Pasar Modal, Keuangan Derivatif, dan Bursa Karbon OJK, Inarno Djajadi menjelaskan, angka tersebut berasal dari 22 penawaran umum yang berlangsung sejak 2022 hingga 8 Mei 2025.
“Nilai emisi EBUS Berkelanjutan sekitar Rp36 triliun. Memang masih kecil dibanding penerbitan obligasi non-keberlanjutan, tapi ini menunjukkan tren yang mulai tumbuh,” ujar Inarno dalam keterangan tertulis RDKB April 2025, Senin (2/6/2025).
Jenis efek bersifat utang dan/atau sukuk (EBUS) yang diterbitkan meliputi green bond, social bond, dan sustainability bond.
