IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengumumkan 132 emiten belum menyampaikan laporan keuangan kuartal I-2025.
Batas penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Interim yang tidak diaudit dan tidak ditelaah secara terbatas oleh akuntan publik ini berakhir pada 30 April 2025.
"Karena itu, 132 perusahaan tercatat tersebut dikenakan Peringatan Tertulis I," tulis pengumuman Bursa, Senin (26/5/2025).
Selanjutnya 17 perusahaan tercatat akan menyampaikan laporan keuangan interim yang ditelaah secara terbatas oleh akuntan publik.
Kemudian 14 emiten akan menyampaikan laporan keuangan per 31 Maret 2025 yang diaudit oleh akuntan publik.
